The “little red corvette” or not so little!

The C3 Corvette has proven to be the most successful Corvette for Chevrolet, but this must be one of the rarest examples of the Marque. The body style was only built for one year and features the Chrome Rear Bumpers of the 68-72 cars but also the innovative deformable Plastic PU Front Bumpers of the 74-82 models.

Combine that rarity with the Convertible body and then consider the 454 Big Block motor then you will appreciate that this is a very rare car indeed. Made even more so by its Four Speed Manual Transmission!

We purchased this Vette from the second owner Roman Feher who lives in Fountain Hills Phoenix, an opulent area preferred by many, to the sometimes considered over exuberant area of Scottsdale. He had owned the car from 2008 to 2017. He had spent many thousands of dollars restoring the car with a host of upgrades including Ceramic Coated Headers, Four Barrel Carb and Aluminium Intake as well as fully rebuilding the Motor a new Clutch, Brake Booster and Exhaust were installed to give the four-wheel Disc Brakes real stopping power.

A Hurst shifter, new flywheel and clutch have been fitted. Also new twin switchable electric fans, new handbrake cables, suspension bushes, new fuel tank, new aluminium rocker boxes, complete front suspension and brake overhaul new callipers and discs etc. A file of invoices is with the vehicle. The vehicle mileage of 68,000 has been signed for by the last owner on its title, which we have a copy of.

The Suspension and Power Steering have been fully restored, the Black Interior Re-Trimmed and the Convertible Top replaced in Black Mohair setting off the superb new Paint in Metallic Red which is of the finest quality.

The original Rallye Wheels are shod with New Cooper Cobra Tyres with Raised White Bill Board Lettering and Twin Overtaking Mirrors are also fitted, a file of receipts will come with your purchase as well.

This is the ultimate C3 Big Block Corvette and has been detailed and serviced in our own workshops to the highest standards, it provides the raw power and performance that only comes from the true age of American Muscle Cars. The car has now gone through the registration process and comes with British V5 (log book ) and New MOT. This car will be a great deal of fun for the new season.
