Interestingly this absolutely stunning Mustang was ordered, built and supplied in 1966 but is quite definitely a 67 model which must make it a very early production car in the new series of Muscle Cars produced by Ford.

Court Fox Ford in Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood ordered the car from the San Jose CA Factory and supplied this Little Pony to its original owner. It has spent its entire life in the same area until we found the car advertised for sale in Glendale CA.

Glendale is an incredibly expensive area of California and not many miles from Hollywood where it was originally sold. The pictures in the ad made the car look very interesting and on arriving at the address which was just off Glendale’s main shopping precinct in the heart of the city we found the car to be even better than the images had suggested.

Diego the seller was charming and invited us to take tea and some delightful savoury pastries which had been cooked in traditional Armenian style by his equally lovely Aunt.
Sitting in the warm sunshine Diego explained the car had been meticulously restored by his Cousin over a period of years and that Diego had purchased the Classic Mustang from his cousin to help with a new business venture.

We enjoyed our visit with this charming family and the Mustang was purchased having made assurances that the car would go to someone who would really appreciate how much hard work had been put into its restoration.

We then had only a few hours to get to our shippers in Long Beach before the deadline passed for our next container and a twisting turning drive through LA traffic at peak time put the little Muscle Car through its paces in unusually hot weather, it performed perfectly and didn’t miss a beat.

Now back in the U.K. the Mustang is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner who will undoubtedly bask in the attention this Pony attracts where ever it is driven, the gorgeous Custom Red & Black Interior match perfectly the show quality Candy Apple coachwork and the stylish Chrome GT Wheels make the car as appealing as any Mustang we have offered to date.
