We are delighted to have the opportunity to sell this magnificent Porsche Carrera Sport. It comes from a long-time Porsche enthusiast who has owned it for nine years. Having worked for Porsche and always admired the stunning shape of these cars, I believe it was a life’s dream to own one of the air-cooled legends. Since his ownership, the vehicle has been used sparingly and never taken out in the rain. He purchased this Porsche from Hexagon Modern Classics, which has a fine reputation for only selling the best examples. Our client was very impressed with the fully stamped service history book with the car. At the time of purchase, the Porsche had only 72,600 miles, and since then, it has only covered another 3858 miles, giving a total of 76,458. Having worked for Porsche, he has looked after it since with regular maintenance checks.

A Certificate of Authenticity comes with the Porsche, and a considerable file of servicing receipts and an original sales brochure is also present. It has its original book pack with two service books, one completely full, all its handbooks, etc. Within the service bills, there is a bill in 2004 for an engine rebuild at 58,639 miles, and attached to that is photographic evidence of the build and a receipt for £5273.27 it cost twenty years ago.

The Porsche has the valued option of the G5000 manual gearbox fitted from new, which adds to the quality of this 911.
