As with all our cars they come correctly registered having passed British Safety Standards Test known as the IVA. The Cobra will also come with our manufacturers guarantee, having been through our workshops and all the upgrades fitted recently. We have driven over 500 miles in this car, as we have used it for a demo. I have at last prised it out of the staff’s hands so it can be made available to its next custodian. Fitted with a Chevrolet 5700cc engine with an HEI Distributor , mapped to a 5 speed Tremec gearbox, gives this Cobra the real race flavour. The fuelling is delivered by an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburettor and Edelbrock performance inlet manifold. The engine bay also has an Edelbrock air filter and Edelbrock chrome/black rocker covers. Chromed alternator and fitting kit finishes this outstanding engine bay.

Finished in stunning blue coachwork with white Le Mans stripes. It has the full chrome pack added including front and rear bumpers, Cobra badges, chrome flip top fuel filler, chrome mirrors and the mark 3 twin roll over bars, etc. The Cobra has also the larger 17” Hallibrand Cobra wheels, giving the car a very purposeful stance. The Cobra has its soft top and wet weather gear.

The interior contrasts very well with the coachwork with the beige leather seats piped in blue. Willians Race harnesses have also been added for extra safety. (these can be changed for normal three point if preferred) Blue luxury carpets run throughout the cockpit. A Moto- Lita wood rimmed steering wheel, with the ETB white face gauges and chrome bezels, which are sunk into the leather dashboard, gives the final feel of the old school racer.

The engine breaths through tubular headers which flow into the twin stainless steel side pipes with heat shields, which give an immense exhaust tone.
