The journey down from 7,500 feet under the Montgomery Peaks in Flagstaff to Phoenix was really memorable and such an exciting experience, every modern Mustang driver waving and giving the thumbs up as we passed them on the mountainous twisting road south into the heat of the cactus-studded “Valley of the Sun” surrounding Phoenix. This beautiful Mustang has a very high spec and whilst the purists may argue, lost some of its originality this is more than made up for with the increase in performance and enjoyment that this provides.
